Terms & Conditions
- The acquisition of a flexible stay membership will take place in the form of credits for a virtual wallet which will be collected in full at the time of purchase
- There are no refunds or cancellations for any of the flexible stay memberships
- The use of flexible stay memberships will only be possible in 7 night intervals.
- Flexible stay memberships are non-transferable
- All flexible stay memberships are subject to availability
- Availability and bookings will only be taken as valid when made directly through U-Co’s official website: www.u-co.co
- All flexible stay memberships will have a maximum duration of 6 months starting from the date of purchase, at the ending of said period of time the nights will no longer be available for use
- Flexible stay memberships will be automatically cancelled without possibility of a refund if the guest(s) break the house rules and/or are not willing to abide by the location’s protocols, including but not limited to Covid-19 and general community guidelines
- Flexible stay memberships will only be available for use in official U-Co locations
- By making effective use of the room, the guest fully accepts U-Co’s internal regulations
